Types of cases:

Cancellation of Removal
Typically, evaluations are arranged via your attorney. However, you can initiate an evaluation yourself. Attorney(s) are not required to complete evaluations.
We offer English and Spanish evaluators. If needed, a professional interpreter can be obtained at an additional fee.
To begin, there will be a short, 15-minute consultation where we answer all your questions, complete a brief verbal overview of the process, explain expectations, and schedule a tentative first interview.
Your clinician will review any important documents pertaining to your case, including, but not limited to: educational records, police reports, medical records, etc.
First interview is scheduled based on completion of paperwork the clinician deems necessary, and any Release of Information (ROI) that are necessary. If documents are not completed and returned prior to the first appointment, the clinician reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
If deemed necessary, a second and/or third interview will be scheduled to complete remainder of evaluation.
2-3 weeks after the final clinical interview, a comprehensive draft will be sent prior to the final report to you and your attorney. If applicable, your draft will include any assessments completed, personal history, diagnosis(es), and more.
*Please note, drafts and final reports will not be released until balance is paid in full.
