  • Sessions are normally 50 minute. However, we do offer an optional add-on of 30 minutes for an additional fee of $85.00.

  • For first time clients, we recommend attending a minimum of once a week sessions. Depending on client's needs, we do offer twice a week sessions, if possible. Once you feel progression in therapy, we can move to bi-weekly or monthly maintenance sessions.

  • Currently, we do not accept any insurance. However, upon request, we provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • For your convenience, we meet via telehealth video conferencing using a HIPPA compliant software.

    You will receive an accessible link to your phone or email.

    All we ask is for you to be in a comfortable safe space. Then we begin!

  • While payment is expected before each session by the client, upon request, Viva Therapy can provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submits to your insurance company. If approved, your insurance company will reimburse you directly for either partial or full service fee.

    We recommend calling your insurance company for more information on your out-of-network benefits, and deductibles.

  • Yes! EMDR can be just as effective via telehealth as in-person.

  • At this time, Viva Therapy does not provide any crisis services.

    In case of an emergency, we highly encourage you call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

  • Therapy varies based on individual needs.

    Each person is unique with their own hopes and wishes. Treatment is the same. The length of treatment will vary on your goals, overall presence of life stressors, scheduling frequency, etc.

    For some, therapy might be an ongoing positive support that they want to incorporate into their lifestyle. For others, once accomplishing their desired outcomes, treatment can be completed.
